Privacy Policy
ShiftManage is a workforce scheduling application for businesses and their authorized workers. This Privacy Policy explains how ShiftManage collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile app and related web services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide scheduling and account services:
- Account and contact information: name, email address, password, role, and, if provided, phone number.
- Work scheduling information: assigned shifts, position, availability, shift-drop or shift-pool requests, and related notes.
- Notifications: in-app notification content, delivery and read status, and an Expo push-notification token if you choose to allow notifications on your device.
- Service and security information: session information, login attempts, IP-address-derived rate-limit information, audit records of administrative actions, and technical error/delivery records.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health, financial, or advertising-identification data. ShiftManage is not intended for children under 13.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; show and manage schedules; process availability and shift requests; send requested in-app, push, email, or SMS schedule notifications; operate and secure the service; investigate errors or abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. How information is shared
Your information is shared with authorized users of your business, such as its owner, managers, and coworkers, only as necessary for scheduling and workforce administration. For example, managers can view employee contact and scheduling information, and coworkers may view information necessary to administer an open shift request.
We use service providers that process information on our behalf to host the service and deliver notifications, including Cloudflare, Expo/Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, Resend for email when enabled, and SignalWire for SMS when enabled. These providers may process the minimum information needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and scheduling information for as long as the relevant business account remains active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations. A business owner may delete an employee account and associated scheduling references through the service. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated sessions and protected storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please keep your credentials confidential and use a strong password.
6. Your choices
You can update your email address, phone number, and password in the app. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in your device settings. Email and SMS delivery can be configured by the business operating your ShiftManage account. You may contact us to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. We will post the updated policy here and change the effective date above.

2. 信息的使用方式
我们使用这些信息来验证账户、展示和管理排班、处理可上班时间和换班申请、发送您要求的应用内/推送/电子邮件/短信排班通知、保障服务运行与安全、调查错误或滥用行为，以及履行适用的法律义务。
3. 信息共享
您的信息仅会在排班和人员管理所需范围内，与您所在企业的获授权人员（例如企业主、经理及同事）共享。我们也使用代表我们处理数据的服务提供商：Cloudflare（托管）、Expo/Firebase Cloud Messaging（推送）、Resend（启用时发送邮件）及 SignalWire（启用时发送短信）。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会将其用于跨情境行为广告。
4. 保存与删除
我们会在企业账户保持活跃期间或为提供服务、解决争议、维护安全记录及履行法律义务所必需的期间保存账户和排班信息。企业主可以在服务中删除员工账户及相关排班引用。您也可以联系我们，申请访问、更正或删除您的个人信息；出于安全、防欺诈、法律或记录保存需要，我们可能会保留有限信息。
5. 安全
我们采用合理的管理、技术和组织措施保护信息，包括身份验证会话和受保护的存储。任何互联网服务都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管您的登录凭据并使用强密码。
6. 您的选择
您可以在应用中更新电子邮箱、手机号和密码；可在设备设置中关闭推送通知。电子邮件和短信通知由运营您所属 ShiftManage 账户的企业配置。您可根据适用法律联系我们以行使隐私权利。
7. 政策变更
若服务或适用法律发生变化，我们可能更新本政策。更新后会在此页面发布，并修改上述生效日期。
